As out-of-town buyers, our time to purchase a house was limited. At our request, Sean showed us 32 homes in 2 days, and provided us with MLS sheets, neighborhood Rules and Regulations, and Covenants and Restrictions for each. We narrowed our search, made an offer and negotiated terms with the Seller for a property that we couldn’t agree to terms on.
We then wrote on a different home and were successful with contract negotiations. The long hours he devoted to us made it seem like we were his only clients, when in fact he had a business to run with other real estate transactions.
Because we were 550 miles from the area, Sean was there for our inspections in our place, discussing findings and options – sometimes contacting us multiple times a day. I think as a seller you are never sure of how you should price your home. Your suggestions were right on the mark.

We expected it would take 6 months to a year to sell but you did it in about 3 days. You really know your market.
Your patience is what made the emotional side of the sale go so easily.
It is difficult to leave a home that you have had for over 20 years, even if it was a vacation place for many of those years. Thanks for being calm and patient as we worked through it all. You may not realize that the promptness of your responses made it so much easier. I sent you many a request at non-business hours but your responses were always there when we needed them.
You may also never appreciate the fact that while we live 400-miles away you made us feel that we were not vulnerable because of that distance.
I hope you will see this as just a thank you for being a part of our family and taking a special interest and an appreciation in our well being.

My husband and I wanted to purchase property in South Carolina and had been looking for months at different options (land, condos, etc). When we found one we liked, we reached out to Doug and Sean and that was our lucky day!
Being from CT and trying to purchase property in SC was a little daunting but Sean was our eyes and ears. He went above and beyond repeatedly by videotaping the entire property and sending us the link so that we could “virtually tour” the home as it was uncertain as to whether or not be would get there in time to make an offer (a hot property!).
His communication was fantastic and when we did make it down to see the property and make an offer, Sean was ready, willing and able to get the offer in essentially immediately which ended up being one of many on that particular day! In addition to the home purchase, Sean was able to provide several financing contacts as well as home insurance options which made the entire financing experience about as smooth as any I’ve had.
It’s amazing what can be accomplished remotely! Overall, I can assure you that if I were to ever sell the current property or begin looking for an alternate property, Sean would be our go-to guy. His professionalism, integrity and honesty have captured him a client for life!
